There can be little doubt that the supposed messages of "Maria Divine Mercy" are not of divine origin. There are far too many mistakes in them, and internal contradictions as well. One is really left wondering if they were composed by even the demons as we might expect the demons to show more intelligence than this.
Turn for example, to the message of Monday May 7, 2012:
"When Vatican II declared new rules they were introduced by those evil Masonic forces from within your corridors. They cunningly presented new ways to administer My Holy Eucharist which are insulting to Me."
This by itself is very inaccurate. It is presumably a reference to Communion in the hand but that was not introduced by Vatican II which did not even address the topic. Paul VI in his document "Memoriale Domini" first allowed for the possibility of distributing Communion in the hand in 1974 though he clearly did not like the idea.
This same MDM message goes on to say:
"Then you perpetrated the biggest untruth that Hell was not to be feared. That it was just a metaphor. For this lie, accepted as the truth by many of God’s children, has meant the loss of billions of souls."
Did Vatican II ever say that hell was not to be feared? No, in fact, quite the contrary. In Lumen Gentium, chapter 7 section 48 we see the following passage:
"Since however we know not the day nor the hour, on Our Lord's advice we must be constantly vigilant so that, having finished the course of our earthly life,we may merit to enter into the marriage feast with Him and to be numbered among the blessed and that we may not be ordered to go into eternal fire like the wicked and slothful servant, into the exterior darkness where "there will be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth".For before we reign with Christ in glory, all of us will be made manifest "before the tribunal of Christ, so that each one may receive what he has won through the body, according to his works, whether good or evil"and at the end of the world "they who have done good shall come forth unto resurrection of life; but those who have done evil unto resurrection of judgment"
Is it possible that the "Jesus" of MDM is really this ignorant of the documents of Vatican II?
Another message of January 18, 2012 makes reference to an "evil sect" with the Vatican:
"They have driven the True Doctrine from the Catholic Church and in its place, a lukewarm, watered down version has been force fed to Catholics, over the last forty years."
Reading this message one has to ask just what is missing in the doctrine of the Church? Has the Church in fact, changed its teachings? In fact, it has not.
Certainly since Vatican II there has been much dissent but the source of that is not the Vatican. Archbishop Fulton Sheen wrote:
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen |
The tensions that developed after the Council are not surprising to those who know the whole history of the Church. It is a historical fact that whenever there is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit as in a general council of the Church, there is always an extra show of force by the anti-Spirit or the demonic. Even at the beginning, immediately after Pentecost and the descent of the Spirit upon the apostles, there began a persecution and the murder of Stephen. If a general council did not provoke the spirit of turbulence, one might almost doubt the operation of the third Person of the Trinity over the assembly. (pp. 292–293)
I defy any follower of MDM to substantiate what is being claimed here. While the messages attack and disparage Vatican II, they also defend the "holy popes" of our era.
Once again it seems the author of these messages is oblivious of the vigorous defense all the popes since Vatican II have made of the council and its teachings.
When I read the MDM'message, I thought something strage because the logic is not fit.
ReplyDeleteHow the message became the truth?
I was interesting to the seal of God,
who prove the so-called MDM' seal of God is true or fake?
In this point William Tapely had to be more discreet to quote the MDM'message & he need to elucidate about.
Forget the seal of the Living God Ami. I have posted this elsewhere but here it is for your consideration. Hope it helps clear out a few cobwebs.
DeleteWhat, Where and How to Obtain the Seal of the Living God
“You must keep the Seal of the Living God in your home and on you if possible. I now request you, child, to have the Medal of Salvation produced now and a SCAPULAR OF THE SEAL OF THE LIVING GOD made.”Mother of Salvation to MDM, Aug.23, 2013.
What is this seal of the Living God? Well, the first one mentioned by MDM is a piece of paper with a prayer for protection; whereas the second one is to be worn as a scapular around the neck likewise, for protection. What do Scripture and the Magisterium teach about the seal? Begin with the book of Revelation:
“Then I saw another angel ascend from the rising of the sun, with THE SEAL of the LIVING GOD, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm earth and sea, saying, ‘Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God upon their foreheads.’” (7:2-3)
This establishes where is the seal: upon the forehead; not hanging on a wall; crumpled on a piece of paper in one’s pocket or hanging from one’s neck. Now what does this seal do?
Again, in Revelation:
“they {the angels} were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any green growth or any tree, but only those of mankind who have not the seal of God upon their foreheads . . .” (9:4)
So MDM has this point correct. The seal of the Living God protects the faithful. Even so, the question remains is the seal she offers legitimate? Reading St. Paul we learn:
“In Him you also, who have heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and have believed in Him, were SEALED with the promised Holy Spirit . . .” Ephesians 1:13
“Do not grieve the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, IN WHOM YOU WERE SEALED FOR THE DAY OF REDEMPTION.” Ephesians 4:30
How and when is a Christian “sealed for the day of redemption?”
“Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, together with all his household; and many of the Corinthians hearing Paul BELIEVED and were BAPTIZED.” Acts18:8
According to the catechism, the Catholic Church understands conversion to Christ means joining Him through the sacrament of baptism and accepting His seal:
“CHRISTIANS ARE . . . MARKED WITH A SEAL: ‘It is God who establishes us with you in Christ and has commissioned us; HE HAS PUT HIS SEAL ON US and given us His Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.’ (2 Cor 1:21-22; Eph 1:13; 4:30) THIS SEAL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT MARKS OUR TOTAL BELONGING TO CHRIST, our enrollment in His service forever, as well as THE PROMISE OF DIVINE PROTECTION IN THE GREAT ESCHATOLOGICAL TRIAL.” {Eschatology: the branch of theology dealing with death, the end of the world, the Second Coming, the resurrection and the Last Judgement.} CCC # 1296
As for the medal of Our Mother of Salvation I have been wearing the medal of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception otherwise known as the Miraculous Medal and have been blessed and protected all my life. This is the one Our Lady requested on Rue du Bac in Paris France to St. Catherine Laboure. In times of trouble, stick with the tried and true.
ReplyDelete--you are correct about the seal AND "MDM" specifies that the prayer is acceptance of Salvation AND that "the seal in any form," be with one... this confirms what i had been doing with Yah "in my head" ::SIGN::???
